On June 24 to July 1, Zhao Guoxiang, party secretary of the university, visited Chinese embassy in France, French brest Business School， University of Montpellier III，  University of Montpellier，University of new leuven, Belgium and University of Monseino ect. They held in-depth discussions on the joint establishment of sino-french cooperative educational institutions, Confucius institutes and joint training of graduate students, and achieved a series of fruitful results. Visit accompanied by the head of education college, faculty of arts, school of foreign languages and international cooperation and exchange.

At the Paris campus of Brest business school, Zhao Guoxiang met with the President, Shen Dai. The two sides had in-depth exchanges and reached consensus on expanding the scale of undergraduate cooperative education, carrying out joint training for postgraduates and preparing for the establishment of Confucius institutes. Next, the cooperation between the two universities will enter the comprehensive deepening stage.

At the education department of the Chinese embassy in France, our delegation was warmly received by minister counselor Yang Jin. Yang Jin introduced the features of education in France and the situation of Chinese students studying in France. Zhao Guoxiang reported on the development of sino-french cooperation projects in henan normal university. Yang Jin expressed his appreciation to the school for its achievements in sino-french cooperation in running the school and his support to the university's requirement of expanding sino-french cooperation program in the future.

During his visit to University of Montpellier III， Zhao Guoxiang and his delegation held formal meetings with President Patek kealy and vice President Anna Marie mottall. The two sides reached consensus on the establishment of a china-france cooperative school-running institution in henan normal university and signed the three cooperation agreements between henan normal university and montpellier, laying a solid foundation for the next step of jointly applying for a cooperative school-running institution.

Delegation in our school and the school at the university of montpellier, ecology, biology, medicine, pedagogy, psychology, political science, such as the leader has carried on the discussion, the two sides introduced to each other in their respective school related discipline research characteristics and achievements, and carry out academic exchanges between the two schools, joint training graduate students, postdoctoral research cooperation and other issues conducted in-depth exchanges.

During his visit to Belgium, the heads of the international department of the university of new leuven and Monsignor university respectively introduced to Zhao Guoxiang the general situation of the university and the implementation of cooperation projects with universities in the mainland of China. The two sides exchanged views on the future research cooperation between universities and the acceptance of postgraduate study in our university.
