大口黑鲈胚胎发育生物学零度和有效积温的研究

为研究大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)胚胎发育的生物学零度和有效积温,研究设置7个温度梯度,观察在不同温度下胚胎的发育速率,并计算胚胎发育的生物学零度和有效积温.结果表明:1)在实验温度范围内,随着温度的升高,胚胎的发育速率逐渐加快;2)通过直线回归法和直接最优法得出胚胎发育的生物学零度和有效积温分别为10.49°C、22.19d.°C和10.60°C、21.99d.°C.并分别建立了胚胎发育的有效积温预测式模型;3)根据胚胎发育的温度系数,得到大口黑鲈胚胎发育的适宜温度范围为20~30°C.

In order to study the biological zero temperature and effective accumulated temperature of embryonic deveop-ment of Mieropteris salmoides, seven temperature gradients were set up in this study. The development rate of embryos at different temperatures, and the biological zero and effeetive accumulated temperature of embryonic development were caleulated. The results showed that: 1) In the experimental temperature range, with the increase of temperature, the development rate of embryos gradually accelerated; 2) The biological zero and effective accumulated temperature of embryo development were determined to be 10,49°C,22.19 d.°C and 10.60°C,21.99 d.°C respectively through linear regression method and direct op-timization method,and the effective accumulated temperature prediction model of embryo development was established respec-tiveIy.3)According to the temperature coefficient of embryontc development, the suitable temperature range for embryonic development of largemouth bass was 20-30°C.
