西宁市某工业园区土壤重金属污染特征、健康风险及源解析

摘要:

为揭示某工业园区周边土壤重金属污染状况及来源,以该工业园区主干道及周边土壤为研究对象,系统采集研究区内19个土壤样本,分析土壤中Cr、Ni、Zn、As、Cd和Pb 6种重金属元素含量及其分布特征。使用单因子指数法、内梅罗综合指数法和地累积指数法对研究区的土壤重金属污染程度进行定量评价,同时采用潜在生态风险指数和健康风险评价对土壤重金属进行风险评价;采用相关性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析和绝对因子分析一多元线性回归(APCS-MLR)模型对研究区土壤重金属进行源解析。结果表明,6种重金属含量均超出青海省土壤背景值,Zn和As最大值大于农用地土壤污染风险筛选值,6种重金属均在研究区西南部富集。单因子指数评价结果显示Cd污染较为严重,内梅罗综合污染指数结果显示Zn为重度污染,地累积指数评价结果显示As、Cd为轻至中度污染.潜在生态风险指数评价结果表明Cd生态风险为中级,其余元素为低级:综合潜在生态风险为低级:健康风险评价结果表示研究区存在非致癌风险和致癌风险,且儿童的非致癌风险和致癌风险均高于成人。研究区土壤重金属的污染源有3种,分别为自然源(36.63%)、工业生产活动源(34.29%)和交通活动-农业活动的综合源(29.08%)。

In order to reveal the heavy metal pollution status and sources of soil around an industrial park, 19 soil samples were systematically collected from the main road of the industrial park and its surrounding soil, and the contents of six heavy metal elements, Cr, Ni, Zn, As, Cd and Pb, and their distribution characteristics in the soil were analyzed. The quanti-tative evaluation of the degree of soil heavy metal pollution in the study area was carried out by using the single factor index method, Nemerow comprehensive pollution index and geo-accumulation index method, while the risk evaluation of soil heavy metals was carried out by using the potential ecological risk index and health risk assessment; and the source analysis of soil heavy metals in the study area was carried out by using the related analysis, cluster analysis, principal component analysis and absolute factor analysis-mutiple liner regression(APCS-MLR) model. The results showed that the levels of six kinds of heavy metal were beyond the Qinghai Province soil background value, the maximum values of Zn and As were higher than the risk assessment value of soil pollution in farmland, and all the six kinds of heavy metals were enriched in the southwest of the study area. The evaluation result of single factor index is more serious Cd pollution; the result of Nemerow comprehensive pollution index is heavy pollution of Zn; the evaluation result of geo-accumulation index is slight to moderate pollution of As and Cd. The valuation results of potential ecological risk evaluation index indicated that Cd ecological risk was medium level and the rest of elements were low level; the comprehensive potential ecological risk was low level; the results of health risk evaluation showed that there were non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks in the study area and the non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks of children were higher than those of adults. There are thre sources of contamination of soil heavy metals in the study area, which are natural sources (36. 63 %), sources of industrial production activities( 34.29%) and combined sources of transportation ac-tivities-agricultural activities(29.08%).
