农业新质生产力水平、空间差异与动态演进

摘要:

基于新质生产力理论内涵和新发展理念,将创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享作为二级指标构建了农业新质生产力评价指标体系·利用2012-2022年我国30个省(区、市)级面板数据·采用熵值赋权法、基尼系数分解、核密度非参数估计和莫兰指数等方法,系统考察了农业新质生产力的时空分异特征及演进规律.结果显示:我国农业领域的新型生产力发展呈现显著的区域异质性特征,其整体发展水平仍处于相对滞后阶段,但呈现持续提升趋势,各省市差异较大,总体呈现东部高于中部、中部高于西部(东北部)的格局,西部和东北部较为接近.农业新质生产力水平的总体基尼系数持续上升,4大区域基尼系数差异较显著,且导致我国农业新质生产力水平不平衡的主要原因是区域间差异.东部各省份处于高水平集聚区,西部处于低水平集聚区,空间差距较大.

Based on the connotations of the new quality productivity theory and the new development philosophy, this article constructs an eyaluation index system for agricultural new quality productivity by using innovation, coordination. green, openness, and sharing as secondary indicators. It utilizes panel data from 30 provincial regions in China from 2012 to 2022. employing methods such as entropy weight method, Gini coefficient decomposition, kernel density nonparametric estimation, and Morans index to systematically examine the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics and eyolution laws of modern agricul-tural new quality productivity. The results show that the development of new-type productivity in China's agricultural sector exhibits significant regional heterogeneity, with the overall development level still relatively lagging, but showing a continuous improving trend. There are considerable differences among provinces and municipalities, generally following a pattern where the eastern region surpasses the central region, the central region surpasses the western(including northeastern) region, and the western and northeastern regions are relatively similar, The overall Gini coefficient for the level of agriculural new quality productivity continues to rise, with notable differences in Gini coefficients among the four major regions, and the main reason for the imbalance in Chinas agricultural new quality productivity level is the regional dispariies. Provinces in the East are in a highlevel aggregation area, while the West is in a low-level aggregation area, resulting in a large spatial gap.
