水蒸气气氛对不同原料热解挥发物反应及析炭行为的影响
摘要:
热解是含碳原料高附加值利用的一种有效方法.以生物质、污泥和煤为研究对象探究不同原料热解过程中挥发物反应及析炭行为.结果表明,相比氮气,水蒸气作用下3种原料的热解焦油产率均降低,污泥和生物质的芳香度相比于煤低,挥发物中部分化合物的键能较低,更易与水蒸气发生重整反应,导致焦油产率明显降低.污泥和煤的析炭产率分别降低了27.46%和80.30%,而生物质热解析炭增加了331.75%.这主要归因于生物质热解产生较多高反应活性的含氧化合物,这类物质更易在挥发物的裂解和缩聚反应过程中诱导析炭形成.此外,3种原料热解挥发物中的小分子化合物易与水蒸气发生重整反应向气体转化,而大分子化合物不易反应,导致焦油中萘油和酚油等轻质焦油含量减少,重质焦油含量增加,水蒸气作用下原料特性影响焦油的化学组成和析炭的物理化学性质,与生物质和煤相比,污泥热解焦油中的芳香烃含量减少20.80%.污泥中Car-O结构较少,导致水蒸气与挥发物反应过程中Car-O断裂生成的芳香烃减少.水蒸气作用下3种原料热解挥发物发生重整反应,使析炭的无定型碳增加,石墨化程度降低,有效抑制了析炭的形成.
Pyrolysis is an efficient technique for high value-added utilization of carbon-containing raw materials. This study examines the volatile reaction and coke behavior during the pyrolysis of various raw materials using biomass, sludge. and coal as the research objects. The findings indicate that under steam, the pyrolysis tar yields of the three raw materials are lower than those of nitrogen. In comparison with coal, sludge and biomass are less aromatic, and certain volatiles have lower bond energies, making them more prone to reforming with steam and producing noticeably lower tar yields, Sludge and coal coke precipitation yields fell by 27.46% and 80.30%, respectively, however biomass pyrolysis coke yields increased by 331.75%. This is mainly because biomass pyrolysis generates more highly reactive oxygenated compounds, which are more likely to promote coke formation during condensation and deavage of volatiles., Furhermore, the pyrolysis yolatiles of the three raw materials small molecular compounds are easily transformed into gas through a reforming reaction with steam, whereas the large molecular compounds are more difficult to react, As a result, the tars light tar content, such as phenol and naphthalene oils. decreases and its heavy tar content increases. Raw materials properties in the presence of steam affect the chemical composition of the tar and the plysicochemical properties of the coke. The aromatic hydrocarbon content in sludge pyrolysis tar was reduced by 20.80% compared with biomass and coal. The less Car-O structure in sludge resulted in less aromatic hydrocarbons generated from Car-O breakage during the reaction between steam and volatiles. The reforming reaction of pyrolytic volatiles of the three raw materials under the action of steam increases the amorphous carbon of coak and reduces the degree of graphitization, which effectively inhibits the generation of coke.
