个人简历：
常盟盟，男，1987年10月生，讲师，博士，硕士生导师。2011年毕业于郑州大学计算机科学与技术专业，获工学学士学位；2018年毕业于北京工业大学计算机学院，获工学硕士学位；2019年9月-2023年6月，在北京工业大学信息学部攻读博士学位，获工学博士学位。2011年7月-2015年8月，在北京国通合众信息技术有限公司从事银行大数据系统开发工作；2018年7月-2019年8月，在中建方程投资发展集团有限公司从事天津市塘沽湾智慧城市建设工作；2023年7月至今，在河南师范大学大学计算机与信息工程学院从事教学与科研工作。
