刘慧芬，女，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。上海海洋大学水产养殖专业博士。长期以来从事鱼类性别决定与分化、鱼类性腺发育及生殖调控等领域的研究工作。主要承担本科生和硕士研究生《水族养殖学》、《鱼类遗传育种学》等课程的教学工作。近年来在《Aquaculture》、《The Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology》、《General and Comparative Endocrinology》、《Gene》、《Estuaries and Coasts》等期刊上发表文章。主持国家自然科学基金，河南省科技攻关项目、河南省高等学校重点科研项目计划等各级项目共7项。
