王璐明，女，博士，讲师。从事水产动物营养与饲料学研究，主要研究方向为水产动物肌肉品质与营养代谢的分子调控机制。近年来，曾在《Aquaculture》《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》及《The Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology》等期刊发表相关学术论文。
