周猛，男，汉族，中共党员，1990年4月生，河南滑县人，博士，博士后，硕士生导师。2021年7月在南京邮电大学通信与信息系统专业获工学博士学位，同月至2023年7月在浙江大学信息与通信工程学科(领域)从事博士后研究工作。2023年7月任职于河南师范大学计算机与信息工程学院，从事相关的教学和科研工作。
近年来，担任IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters等国际重要期刊审稿人，并先后在国内外发表学术论文30余篇，获授权国家发明专利5项。
招收专业：计算机科学与技术、计算机技术、人工智能、软件工程。

围绕新一代移动通信、物联网理论中的去蜂窝大规模MIMO、信息年龄、移动边缘计算等关键技术，以及机器、深度(强化)学习在无线通信系统中的应用等。
