姚美焕,女,博士,高级实验师,硕士生导师,中国化学会会员,国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目通讯评审专家,ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Lubrication Science等杂志的审稿人。

功能材料的合成及其相关性能的研究

主要负责的大型仪器及功能介绍:

1.圆二色光谱仪

功能介绍:英国应用光物理公司生产的型号为Chirascan的圆二色光谱仪通过测量生物大分子的圆二色性得到生物大分子的结构信息,是简便、快捷、灵敏的研究生物大分子、手性化合物等物质的结构和相互作用的手段之一。主要应用于蛋白质折叠﹑蛋白质构象,天然有机化合物与立体有机化学、手性化合物等相关研究。

检测项目:液体样品的圆二色光谱,可实现波长扫描和时间扫描等多种扫描方式。 

2.荧光分光光度计 

功能介绍:日立公司生产的F-7100型分光光度计可测定荧光、磷光或发光。广泛应用于化学、环境以及生命科学等众多领域。 

检测项目:液体样品的波长扫描、时间扫描、三维扫描和三维时间扫描。

3.紫外可见分光光度计

功能介绍:安捷伦公司生产的Cary100为经典的双光束紫外可见分光光度计,该仪器可做各种常规测量,包括:吸光度、透射率和浓度的测量。 

检测项目:液体样品的全波长扫描,动力学测试和标准曲线。
