The effect of yeast metabolites on the plankton community in aquaculture ponds

为深人探究酵母代谢物对养殖水体浮游生物群落的具体影响,研究选取草鱼主养池塘作为研究对象,设置添加酵母代谢物的实验组与未添加酵母代谢物的对照组,对两组池塘中浮游生物群落差异分析,研究结果显示,向池塘中添加酵母代谢物能够显著促进浮游动植物生长,并调节浮游动植物群落结构.具体而言,实验组浮游植物的细胞密度、叶绿素a(Chl a)含量以及浮游动物的密度、生物量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).且实验组隐藻、绿藻门中多个物种优势度显著提升,第9天起。多样性高于对照组(P<0.05);浮游动物中轮虫和枝角类类群多个物种优势度显著提升,第12天起a多样性高于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,酵母代谢物的添加显著提高实验组池塘浮游生物多样性,使得池塘生态系统更加稳定:同时形成“浮游植物增殖-浮游动物扩增”的级联效应,显著提升饵料质量,为养殖鱼类提供更丰富的营养资源.
To investigate the specific effects of yeast metabolites on the plankton community in aquaculture water bodies, this study selected grass carp-dominated ponds as the research subject, By establishing experimnental groups with added yeast metabolites and control groups without, a comparative analysis of plankton community differences was conducted. The results demonstrate that adding yeast metabolites significantly promotes the growth of plankton and regulates community struc-ture. Specificaly. the experimental group showed significantly higher values than the control group(P<0.05) in phytoplankton cell density and Chlorophylla a(Chl a) concentration, Zooplankton density and biomass, Morcover, the dominance of multiple species within the Cryptophytes. Chlorophytes in the phytoplankton community of the experimental group was significantly increased. and the a diversity was higher than that the control group from the ninth day onwards(P<0.05) and the dominance of multiple species within the Rotifers and Cladocerans in the zooplankton was significantly increased, and the a diversity was higher than that the control group from the twelfth day onwards (P<0.05). This study confirms that the addition of yeast me-tabolites significantly increases the diversity of plankton in the experimental group ponds, making the pond ecosystem more stable. At the same time. it creates a cascade effect of plankton proliferation-zooplankton expansion, significantly improving forage quality and providing more abundant nutritional resources for cultured fish.
