研究领域

主要从事低维材料的理论研究,利用高性能并行计算机和

vasp软件包模拟研究低维材料的物性,探讨材料的结构形

貌、性质及其相互关系,为低维材料在实际应用中

提供一定的指导。研究方向包括:

1. 二维过渡金属硫化物薄膜光、电和磁学性质的理论研究;

2. 电场和掺杂对拓扑晶态绝缘体电子结构和磁性影响的理

  论研究;

3. 过渡金属氧族化合物的结构形貌和性质相关性的理论研究。
