研究领域：

在半导体物理领域中对半导体表面界面、量子阱结构中电子声子相互作用与极化子自能等领域都做过较深入地研究并取得一些创新性研究成果。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文150余篇，其中有100余篇被SCI收录。主持、参加了多项国家自然科学基金项目、省科技厅和省教育厅项目。多篇论文获河南省自然科学优秀论文一、二等奖。
