研究领域：

半导体物理方向，主要从事于二维半导体材料与器件的设计与开发。（1）二维宽禁带半导体的设计与合成，如用化学气相沉积法或物理气相沉积法制备高质量二维宽禁带材料。（2）二维铁电半导体器件研究，如基于铁电机制的二维神经形态器件和光电器件。（3）二维材料的器件制备及光电性能研究，如用光刻、范德华集成等制备二维半导体器件。
