
刘国奇,河南封丘人,1984年10月生,博士,教授,硕士生导师,邮箱gqliu@htu.edu.cn。
中国人工智能学会会员,河南省数理医学学会理事。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金项目、河南省自然科学基金面上项目、河南省重点研发与推广专项(科技攻关)、河南省高等学校重点科研项目、河南省高等学校智库研究项目等。在国际学术刊物上发表SCI期刊论文70余篇,国家发明专利授权9项。担任《IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging》、《Neural Networks》、《IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics》》等多个学术期刊审稿人。近5年已有多名硕士毕业生分别到重庆大学、华南理工大学、暨南大学等高校读博深造,多名毕业生在河南师范大学、郑州航空工业管理学院、南阳师范学院、河南工学院、南通师范高等专科学校等高校任教。
