袁培燕,分别从河南师范大学、武汉理工大学、北京邮电大学计算机科学与技术专业获得学士、硕士、博士学位,美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校博士后。目前为河南师范大学教授,博士生导师,计算机与信息工程学院院长,河南师范大学平原学者,河南省高等学校青年骨干教师;兼任ACM-郑州副主席,中国计算机学会(CCF)杰出会员,CCF物联网专委执行委员、计算机应用专委执行委员,河南省计算机学会常务理事,河南省药学会智慧药学专委会副主任,IEEE高级会员,SCI源期刊EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking和Journal of Big Data 副主编。

长期从事物联网、移动边缘计算、分布式网络与系统的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金3项,横向项目4项,河南省教育教学改革重点项目1项,河南省虚拟仿真一流课程1门,出版学术专著1部,主编河南省十四五规划教材1部。以第一作者或通信作者在IEEE/ACM TNSE/TSC/IoTJ/TVT/《软件学报》等国内外著名期刊以及IEEE/ACM ECAI/MobiHoc/ ICDCS/ICWS等国际著名会议上发表论文70余篇,其中CCF A/B类与中科院一、二区论文30余篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,国际、国内学术会议最佳论文/高影响力论文/广受关注学术论文6篇,授权发明专利5项,软件著作权6项。获首届博士研究生国家奖学金、河南省科技进步三等奖1项,河南省高等教育教学成果二等奖1项。指导学生获河南省优秀学士学位论文、人工智能与数学建模学科竞赛国家级奖励等。目前培养已毕业研究生27人,培养在校研究生15人。
