The 28th English Corner was held on the lawn in the central garden, at 9 a.m. on September 7th., 2019. The topic was: Welcome new students！First, each new member introduced himself or herself. After getting to know each other, all members of the team started the role-play conversation, in these groups, some play old students received new students; Some mocked freshmen party scene. Students actively participated in the activity. Next, Shaoyang Zhi led us to learn English songs: Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You. Everyone learned hard and happily. This is a newly added part of the activity, which also adds a lot of fun to the activity. Finally, we ended with a chorus of what we have learned. At this English Corner, we have not only improved the ability of speaking, but also make new friends. looking forward to a brand new and wonderful graduate student life for our new members.
