The impact of breakthrough innovation on the resilience of private enterprises

摘要：

提升发展韧性是企业应对日益复杂的国内外形势的关键.基于2013一2022年沪深A股中的民营企业数据，构建了企业发展韧性的评价指标体系，分析了突破式创新对企业发展韧性的影响及机制路径，并揭示市场竞争与外向依赖度的调节效应.研究发现，突破式创新能显著提高企业的发展韧性.在市场竞争更为激烈和外向依赖度更高的企业中，这一促进作用更强.机制分析显示，突破式创新一方面会通过提高新技术开发能力和维护市场份额增强企业发展韧性;另一方面，也会加剧资源挤占而抑制企业发展韧性,结合上述研究结论，提出了相应的对策建议.方面，企业家应以突破式创新助力长期韧性发展;另一方面，政府应引导金融和风险资金向民营企业创新项目倾斜。

Enhancing resilience is crucial for enterprises to navigate increasingly complex domestic and international envi-ronments. Based on data from private enterprises listed in the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2013 to 2022, this study constructs an evaluation framework for corporate resilience. It analyzes the impact of breakthrough innovation on enter-prise resilience and its underlying mechanisms. while revealing the moderating effects of market competition and external de-pendency. Findings indicate that breakthrough innovation significantly enhances corporate resilience, This effect is particularly pronounced in firms facing more intense market competition and higher external dependency. Mechanism analysis indicates that breakthrough innovation enhances resilience by improving technological development capabilities and maintaining market share while simultaneously suppressing resilience by intensifying resource crowding. Based on these findings. the paper proposes cor-responding policy recommendations:entrepreneurs should leverage breakthrough innovation to foster long-term resilient deveh-opment, while governments should guide financial and venture capital toward private enterprise innovation projects.
