报告人简介：
Liangzhi Kou received his Ph.D. in 2011 from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He was an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at the Bremen Center of Computational Materials Sciences (BCCMS) in Germany during 2012–2014, a Research Associate at UNSW Australia in 2014, and ARC-DECRA fellow during 2015-2018. He started the ongoing position as a Lecturer at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2015, and promoted to senior lecturer in 2017 and associate Professor in 2021. Prof. Kou’ research mainly focuses on computational discovery and design of 2D materials for chemical conversion & energy applications, the novel phenomena of ferroelectricity & magnetism for nanoelectronics. He has published 136 academic papers in the top-tier journals, including 1 paper in Nature Commun., 8 in Nano Lett., 3 in J. Am. Chem. Soc; 4 in ACS Nano, 3 in Adv. Mater. The publications have attracted the total citations of over 6,500.
