报告人简介：

    冯弢，北京交通大学数学与统计学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究方向为组合学与编码理论。在J. Combin. Theory Ser. A、IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、Science China Mathematics、Designs Codes and Cryptography、Finite Fields and Their Applications等期刊发表论文多篇；先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项。
