研究兴趣和领域:
利用过渡金属催化的策略,通过巧妙地设计和开发新型配体,发展新颖、高效的催化体系,解决有机合成中长期存在的难点和挑战性问题,主要集中于:
1) 基于发展新试剂与新反应的合成方法学研究
2) 基于廉价过渡金属如镍、铜等催化的新型、绿色交叉偶联反应研究
